AQUA S.A. is a planning company existing since 1988, firstly as “AQUA” sp. z o.o. (Limited) and since 2009 as AQUA S.A. (Joint Stock Company).
The company’s activity includes primarily:
- a multi-discipline designing implemented on all projects’ stages in water mains and sewage system facilities, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations etc. and also accompanying objects (motorways, water supply and sewage systems, power engineering)
- research and study within the framework of hydrology, hydrogeology, water treatment technology etc.
- starting procedures for wastewater treatment plants, author’s supervision, collecting and judgment of offers of technological appliances or lines, what also includes a final choice of the most optimal item.
The company is dealing with a wide array of activities on the field of environmental engineering:

- sewage transmission – drainage, pumping stations

HISTORY
- 1988 – formation of Aqua Sp. With o.o., cadres were designers originating from a reputable Civil Engineering Projects Office in Poznan and Energoprojektu Poznan
- 1994 – realization of mechanical and biological expansion of sewage treatment plant – Central Sewage Treatment Plant for Poznań in Koziegłow
- 1995 – projects related to the construction of the A2 motorway
- 2001 – projects related to the modernization of the Left Bank Wastewater Treatment Plant in Poznań
- 2008 – projects related to the modernization of the Water Treatment Station in Mosina
- 2009 – transformation of Aqua Sp. With o.o. Into a joint stock company AQUA S.A.
- 2010 – debut of the Company on NewConnect
- 2012 – Project III pipeline thread for PERN “Przyjaźń”
